Patrick "Pat" C. Long

Pat was born in Columbus County on October 6, 1958 and was the son of the late Woodrow and Furman Long. He retired from Brunswick Electric Membership Cooperation. He was a member of Shallotte Lodge #727 A.F.& A.M. and a member and Past-President of the South Brunswick Islands Shrine Club. He loved his family and took pride in taking care of them.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Inman Long of the home; a daughter, Ashlie Wells and husband John of Ash; grandchildren, Maggie Wells and Samuel Jac Wells; two brothers, Joey Long of Supply and Marlon Long and wife Melissa of Ash.

A memorial service will be held Saturday November 29, 2025 at four o’clock in the afternoon at Soldier Bay Baptist Church with Reverend Jason Benton and Reverend Mark Register officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 2:30 PM until 3:45 PM.
