Mr. Willets was born April 12, 1947, son of the late Arthur and Frances Willets. Rich was veteran of the US Navy and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Rich enjoyed boating, fishing, and playing golf.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Willets; six children, Brian Willets, Kimberly Willets, Christopher Gonzalez, Kenny Tagle, Aaron Tagle, and Tiffany Tagle Smoak; three grandchildren, Alisa Posner, Cori Posner, and Carlos Willets; a sister, Eileen Chamberlain; and a brother, Robert Willets.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
