

Mimi, as she was affectionately known, was born December 21, 1937, in Westchester County, New York, daughter of the late Antonio Romano and Rosa Manza Romano. She grew up in New York where she met her late husband, Anthony Joseph Crescimanno and married June 19, 1960. They raised a family in Connecticut and continued to live there until retirement. Following both retirements, they made the move to Hutchinson Island, Florida and enjoyed socializing with new friends and neighbors. Her last years were spent living with her son in Palm City, Florida and her daughter in Bolivia, North Carolina. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her children adored her and enjoyed spending time with her. She enjoyed gambling, especially on a casino boat and going on cruises with family and friends. Cooking was her specialty and she enjoyed sharing her recipes with family. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her children, Diane Raker and husband Paul of Bolivia, North Carolina and Michael Crescimanno and wife Karen of Palm City, Florida; three grandchildren, Matthew Schiffer and wife Kristen, Jennifer Milo and husband Nick, and Joseph Crescimanno; four great grandchildren, Logan Milo, Caroline Schiffer, Collins Rose Milo, and Andrew Milo.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date to be announced.
