Ruby Jane Bozeman

She was born in Brunswick County on October 20, 1948 the daughter of the late Newman L. “NL” Bozeman and Betty Gray Bozeman and was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Bozeman.

Ruby was a member of First Baptist Church of Shallotte. She was a Computer Programmer for Corning Glass in Wilmington for thirty years until her retirement.

Surviving are a brother, Troy Bozeman of Shallotte, NC; several nieces and nephews, Chris Bozeman and wife, Robin, and their children, Chelsey and “Big Man Chase”, Denise Dixon and husband, Jeremy, Matthew Bozeman and wife, Sage, Carmen Snead and husband, Travis and daughter, Mackenzie; Cousins, Larry and Gloria Blanton, Rebecca Simmons Weatherby and husband Bob; an aunt Penny Gray; two special friends, Ruth Murray and Jerry Hall.

A celebration of Ruby's life will be held at two o'clock Tuesday October 2, 2018 at White Funeral and Cremation Service Shallotte Chapel by Ruth Murray, Reverend Landis Lancaster and Reverend Bob Weathers officiating.

Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery.
