Victor Thomas King

Victor Thomas King age 74 of Ash passed away on Saturday February 7, 2015 at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick Bolivia, NC.

Thomas was born in Brunswick County on March 1, 1940 the son of the late, Victor Bailey King and Ivey Lee Babson King. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Caisey Adam King, two brothers, Ronald King and Lindburg King, also a daughter-in-law, Suzanne King.

Mr. King was a long time resident of the Ash area. He loved to use his hands as a farmer. He will be greatly missed.

Surviving are his wife of over 54 years, Joyce P. King of the home; three sons, Tommy King, Kevin King and Jamie King all of Ash; two daughters, Phyllis Cribb and husband, Earl also of Ash and Nan King(Bobby Jackson) of Hallsboro, NC; four brothers, Harris King of Ash, W. D. King and wife Pearl of Clarendon, NC, Ted King and Richard King and wife, Sylvia; one sister, Jeannette McPherson and husband, Lloyd all of Ash; three grandchildren, Jessica Cribb, William Cribb and Kaltin King.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday February 10, 2015 at the King Family Cemetery Ash by Reverend Bob Rea officiating.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Tommy King, Earl Cribb, Terry King, Kevin King, Jamie King and A. L. King.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jerome Walker and Bobby Pierce.
