

She was born March 13, 1951 to the late John Fredrick “Fred” and Betty Ruth Parker. Wanda was the first of three and big sister to Ricky and Robin (deceased). She was a graduate of Shallotte High School and later Miller-Motte College. Wanda was a co-founder of Seacoast Development, owner of Shallotte Glass and Mirror and later built and established Brunswick Beaches Camping Resort alongside her husband.
She was a proud mother of five children, Erika Campbell (Rusty), Deana Milliken (Jeff), William T. “Will” Bradsher II, Meghan Casteen (Chad), and Kortney Nowell (Gary). She was known as “Grams” and adored by her twelve grandchildren and three great grands.
Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, shopping, traveling, swimming, playing slots and cuddling with her fur baby, Dudley.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at White Funeral and Cremation Service in Shallotte at one o’clock in the afternoon. Rev. Eddie Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the Brooks Cemetery.
It is with honor that her grandsons will serve as pallbearers to carry “the queen” to her final resting place; Parker Campbell, Trae Garst, Thomas Bradsher, Keaton Gable, Trevor Gable, Finn Casteen; honorary pallbearers, Wriston and Laeland Bradsher.
