Charlie was a great man..I remember when i had my daughter Logan he went shopping and bought her tons of new clothes...He was the sweetest man..I feel lucky to have known him..He reminds me of my Dad..They were great friends..He will be missed..

Mike and I want you to know that Charlie was the most friendly and giving person I have ever met!  He always kept us in snacks and good cheer. There is NOBODY that could ever say anything bad about this great man. He will truly be missed.

We're sorry that we were unaable to support you during any of the services for Charley.  It seems so unfair that we don't get to keep all of our loved ones with us for our entire lifetime.  We hope that with the wonderful memories and happy times you have accumulated, that you will be able to keep Chuckie beside you as long as you may be on this earth.  We certainly will never forget all of our special moments with him.

   Charlie was a good and kind man and he will be missed by everyone at camp. I think we are all better for just knowing him. I know he was wonderful with my dad, and I will never forget that.

Dear Margaret, Jenny, Chayson and family:

We just heard about Charlie and want to send our deepest sympathies.  We are in Orlando for the winter and mom (Billie) is in Venice with her cousin.  I called her last night to tell her.  Charlie was a good person, hey a little crazy like the rest of us, but a good person to know.  I know you will miss him terrible, and of course our life goes on.  Shana sent me the site and I was so thankful to be able to respond so quickly.  A little information:  1.  contact your UAW lawyers to help with anything needed as part of your UAW benefits there is no fee.  2.  plze anyone get on the AARP website and look under information about grief and loss of a loved one.  This site is fantastic as during a time like this, we forget information we need to know to cover ourselves in the form of ID theft, insurance info, military, etc.  There are several steps including the first week, month, 3 months, 6 months to a year of what to do and expect. Its one of the hardest obstacles to overcome when u lose a parent or loved one! I can assure you that time does ease the pain, it mite be in 6 mths maybe or even a year but you will make it through and dont forget to cry, laugh, snicker, talk about the times you had, and just remember all of your memories good and bad with your dad! That is what gets me through each day im without my dad! Love ya muchly!

Our deepests condolances and thoughts are with you at the loss of Charles.  We are cousins with not a lot of memories of him but there was a love and family connection that was always there. My sorrow for the loss of Charlie is never ending. I have many memories of him with lots and lots of laughs. I remember so how he was there for me many years ago. He always did everything for us women and we all loved every bit of it, especially all the funny hats, shorts, shirts and all the pretty gifts and candy he got for us, we will always be "Charlie's Angels" I am sorry I cannot be there for you at this time.
