Mary Catherine Gibbons

Mary Catherine Gibbons (nee Hein), 87, of Kettering, passed away February 27, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Gibbons. Loving mother of Joseph (Anne) Gibbons, Susan Gibbons, Mary (Jim) Abele, Patrick (Katie) Gibbons. Proud grandmother of Jack, Catherine, Grace, Darren, Anna, Michael, Gus, and Ben. Preceded in death by her parents, Roman J. and Mary F. Hein and a brother, Harold R. Hein. She graduated from Julienne High School and attended the Dayton Art Institute. She devoted her life to her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was a talented artist, and enjoyed music, square dancing, and round dancing. Visitation, Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 9-10:45 AM, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at the Little Sisters of the Poor, 476 Riddle Road, Cincinnati, 45220.
