Penny Ann, beloved daughter of William Tracey and the late Norma Tracey (nee McNary). Loving sister of Donna Ferrell ( William Jones), and John (Jennie) Tracey. Beloved aunt of Amelia and Andrew. Also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Penny passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at age 36. Visitation 5-7 P.M.
