I couldn't say it any better than my sister Lora said it. There will NEVER be another Phyllis Bailey, she was one of a kind, the best kind. Shes now with our Dad, the only man she ever loved. Our parents gave us a better life than children pray for. I love you and I miss you so much Mom and Dad.

Phyllis was deeply loved, especially by her sister Joyce and her husband Herb and the rest of the family. Phyllis was a dear sweet person that always made you feel happy and smile. Whenever you talked to her she said "how you perkin". She will be missed by all the family. The Kretschmar family
