Samuel (Sam) Oakley Mullins, passed away April 21st, 2017. Samuel was born January 9, 1961 in Parkersburg W. VA. Samuel is survived by his dear daughter, Sarah Jean Mullins, Lincoln NE. Loving brother, Charles Crawford Mullins II, of Morrison CO. Dear sisters, Sarah Johnson, Bevinsville KY, Alison McKinney, Brighton CO and the late Pamela Mullins.
