I knew Lolia when I was a young boy, a young man, and in my middle age. He was a man respected for his views and they were pretty easy to understand. I've enjoyed many a day and sometimes a long night with him. He sometimes spoke more, other times very little. But you knew where he stood. His straightforward ways and thinking will hopefully last with everyone he touched. I am grateful to have known him. My deepest sympathies to all.
