William "Bill" Henry Foltz

Mr. William “Bill” Henry Foltz, 69, a resident of Shenandoah, VA, died Friday, June 10, 2016. A son of the late William B. and Dorothy Lucille McAlister Foltz, he was born on March 19, 1947 in Shenandoah, where he lived his entire life. He graduated from Page County High School. Bill enjoyed working at KVK Precision Specialties for 18 years. He also enjoyed the outdoors, NASCAR Racing, and loved people in general. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Shenandoah Moose Lodge 2176 and the New Market Eagles. He is survived by a brother, Charles I. Foltz and wife, Lois, of Delaplane, VA; two sisters, Patricia “Pat” Foster and husband, Dwight, of Stanley, and Kathryn Marie Deavers and husband, Kenneth, of Shenandoah; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews along with many friends. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 11:00 am on Friday, June 17, 2016 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shenandoah. A double funeral service for he and his father who just recently passed away, will follow at 11:00 am at the church with Pastor Phyllis Diamond officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
