He was born on October 16, 1959 in Philadelphia, PA and was the son of the late Millard E. and Pauline W. (Meadows) Meadows.
He was a concrete finisher with Meadows Concrete.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Jane Hammer Meadows on September 25, 2021. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Earl C. Meadows.
He is survived by his sons, William “Willie” Clyde Meadows, Kevin Wade Meadows and Timothy “Timmy” Lee Meadows all of Elkton; four grandchildren, William Bentley Meadows, Alexis Leigh Meadows, Remington Jane Meadows and Rugar Wade Meadows; numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be cremated and a memorial service will be held 6 pm, Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Bear Lithia Baptist Church, Elkton, with Pastor Mark Leatherman officiating.
