William "Bill" Wayne Shuler

He was born on September 1, 1938, in Shenandoah and was the son of the late Ray W. and Isabelle L. (Jenkins) Shuler.

Bill was a graduate of Shenandoah High School and retired in 1996 from Reynolds Metals after 30 years. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church and enjoyed collecting antiques.

On June 27, 1959, he married the former, Leola Cave, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Joseph Ray Shuler (Jacqueline) of Shenandoah; four grandsons, Hunter W., Mark W., Joseph B. and Kolton R. Shuler (Caitlyn); three great-granddaughters, Khloe Dawn Shuler, Lacey Isabel Shuler and Jenna Mae Shuler; two great-grandsons, Karson James Shuler and Cooper Ray Shuler; and one sister, Mary Ann O’Leary of Bristow, VA.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, William W. Shuler, Jr.

Honoring his wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held 11 am, Friday, October 30, 2026, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Shenandoah with Rev. Jeff Marble officiating.
