Barbara Anne Stewart

   Barbara Anne Stewart age 81, of West Point, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. She was born to the late Novice and Ora Morris on Wednesday, April 8, 1942, in Louisville. She was a loving mother and memaw, that loved her family unconditionally. She was spunky, witty, caring, and always had a phrase or metaphor for every day of the week. She loved to knit, crochet, and work crossword puzzles. She will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her. 

  She was greeted in heaven by those who preceded her in death, her husband, William Stewart, and siblings, Roy, Scott, and Donna.

   She is survived by her daughters, Leigh Anne White, and Rebecca Smith; stepsons, Eddie, and Ricky; stepdaughter, Gayle; grandchildren, James, Brianna, Jason, Julianna, Kiera, Haley, Josh, Willie, Jessica, and Jerry; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Barry, Danny, and Alan; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

   The family of Mrs. Stewart has entrusted Hardy-Close Funeral Home, in Shepherdsville, with cremation services.
