Betty Ann Bailey

   Betty A. Bailey age 66, of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, May 8, 2023. She was born to the late Edward and Virgie Greenwell on Monday, September 17, 1956. She loved to watch classic tv shows with her favorites being Walker Texas Ranger, Columbo, and Little House on the Prairie. She loved her cats. Betty will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her. 

   In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Steven Bailey, her brother, Arthur Greenwell, and sister-in-law, Gloria Greenwell.

   She leaves to cherish her memory her sisters, Doris Jessie (Wendell), and Connie Greenwell, her brother, Eddie Greenwell and a host of family and friends.

   Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 12 noon in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street, Shepherdsville with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family and friends can pay their respects on Friday, from 3 pm to 8 pm and on Saturday from 9 am until the time of service at 12 noon at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
