Carol Jewel Bond

Carol Jewel Bond, age 77, of Mount Washington, KY returned to her heavenly father on Thursday, November 14, 2024. She was born in Louisville, KY, on Tuesday, February 11, 1947, to the late Buck and Elizabeth Roberts. She is also preceded in death by her sons, Joey and Donnie Bond, along with her siblings, Bobby Roberts, Betty Hayes and Joyce Oliver. 

She enjoyed time with her family and grandchildren and will be sadly missed by so many who loved her. 

Carol leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 61 years, Frank Bond; her children, Danny Bond, Anthony Bond (Amy) and Christopher Bond (Andrea); 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.  

Funeral service will be 11:30 am Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 South Buckman Street Shepherdsville, with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitations will be Monday 2 pm until 8 pm and Tuesday 9 am until the time of service at 11:30 am.
