Cheryl Ann Green

   Cheryl Ann Green, age 67 of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. She was a devoted mother and loved and adored her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Annabel Petry; grandchildren, Rosie and Isaac Walls; brother, Dennis Petry and brother-in-law, Len Raymer.

   She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 32 years, Ron Green; son, James Ricketts (Stacey); daughter, Jennifer Walls (John); grandchildren, Cortney (Jonathan), Austin Ricketts (Bailee), Jarrett Ricketts, Cheyanne, Carson and Cruz Walls; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Colton and Barrett; sisters, Dianna Samons (Berman) and Peggy Hancock and a host of other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 am on Thursday, December 29, 2022, in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Highland Memory Garden in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. Family and friends may pay their respects from 1 pm until 8 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 and from 9 am until time of service on Thursday, December 29, 2022,  at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
