  She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Sue Mathews, brother, Thomas Mathews.

  She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Gary Mathews; sister, Karen Coletta; nephews, Josh Coletta (Vera), Ricky Mathews (Bridgette), Sam Embry (Kelsey); great nephews, Mason and Rhett Mathews, several cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.

  Funeral service will be conducted Noon on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects from 2 pm until 8 pm on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home and after 9 am on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
