George Hensley

George Edward Hensley, 83, of Shepherdsville, KY passed away December 1, 2011 at Green Meadow Health Care. He was a native of Petersburg, KY a self employed Real estate agent, Navy Veteran and member of First Baptist Church in Shepherdsville. He is precede in death by a wife, Delores Elizabeth Barker Hensley. Survivors include his wife, Doris Hensley; Children, George Steven(Virginia), Gregory Michael(Louise), Glen Alan and Susan Marie Hensley; Step-daughters, Barbara Ann Lander, Patricia Ellen Fisher and Tamara Lynn Arnett; Brother, Henry C. Hensley; Sister's, Helen Lockwood and Bette Stone. 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday at Hardy-Close Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitations will 10 am until time of Service.
