George Murphy, age 56 of Cox’s Creek, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father Ralph Murphy. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Ima Jean Garber of Cave City, Ky; brother Michael Murphy; uncles David Murphy, Darrell (Gail) Murphy; aunts Gayle (Ray) Shepherd, Ann Sydnor and a host of family and friends. Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street, Shepherdsville in charge of arrangements where the family chose cremation.
