Jack Thomas McCubbins

Jack Thomas McCubbins age 70 of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 22, 2022 with loving family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Dorothy McCubbins; son, Richard Coffey; ,4 sisters and 1 brother. He worked for General Shale for 30 years, loved to play bluegrass music and work with his horses.

  He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Juanita McCubbins of 50 years; 2 daughters, Darlene Crump (Jeff), Shelly Glass (Layne), 5 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 2pm on Monday, September 26, 2022 in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects from 10am until 2pm on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
