Joan Carole Creighton

Joan Carole Creighton, 76 of Shepherdsville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, June 23, 2025. She was born on August 16, 1948, to the late Lester and Delores Napier. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Pam Plush, her brother, Anthony French, her grandchildren, Corey Lieras and Carrie Lieras, and stepfather, Marce French.  

She was a Christian by faith and enjoyed artwork, crafts, drawing, gardening, floral arrangements, time with her family and genuinely loved people. Her kindness and beautiful heart will be sadly missed by so many who loved her. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 58 years Bobby Creighton; her children, Angelia Withers (Marcus) and Bobbie Jo Huff (Ricky); her sister, Kathy Brown (Keith); 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.  

Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, June 27, 2025, in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 South Buckman Street Shepherdsville, with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Visitations will be Thursday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday at 9:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
