John Robert Richardson

   John Robert Richardson, age 31 of Okolona, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 21, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Kayla Richardson; his grandmother, Rita Hodge; his grandfather Ralph Richardson and his uncle, Billy Curtsinger.

   He enjoyed watching UofL sports, hunting, fast cars and motorcycles.

   He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Dakota Richardson; his mother, Sherrie Nunley (Mark); his father Troy Hodge (Shelly); his twin brother, Eric Richardson (Samantha), brothers, William Merideth, Trevor Hodge, Daniel Minton (Deanna) and Michael Morris; his sisters, Carrie Hodge and Velicity Minton; his grandparents, Edna Richardson, Danny and Mary Hodge; his step-mother Margaret Hodge; his uncles, Phillip Hodge and Jason Hodge; his great uncle, James Burkhead (Betty); his great aunt, Doris Wolford and a host of other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted at 7 pm on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in the chapel of Hardy Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with cremation to follow.  Friends may pay their respects from 4 pm until time of service.
