Joseph "Bear" Armstrong III

   Joseph Clinton ”Bear” Armstrong III, age 43 of Portland, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, December 6, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Armstrong II and Nina Armstrong; sister, Denise Armstrong and wife, Sheri Anne Thompson.

  He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sarah Armstrong (Hayes); son, Triston Armstrong (Cheyenne Griffith); daughter, Jordan Armstrong; sons, Joseph and Johnathan Armstrong and Zachary Love; granddaughters, Sopheria Thompson and Willow DeWitt; sisters, Crystal Russell (Scott) and Cindy Armstrong (John Loucks), many nephews nieces and many friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 7 pm at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with cremation to follow.
