Margaret Louise Sparks

   Margaret “Louise” Sparks, age 71 of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 17, 2019 with loving family by her side. Mrs. Sparks was fun-loving and all about her family.  She was “one of a kind” and an avid Bingo player.  Margaret was a 9 year cancer survivor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Rebecca (Nalley) Clark; husband, Charles Sparks; brothers, Chester Clark, Tommy Clark and Donnie Clark and her sister, Shirley Creek.

   She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Charles Wayne Sparks; daughter, Marie Clan (James, Jr.); sisters, Rebecca “Red” Alcorn and Ann Gum (Ray); brothers, Kenny Clark (Joyce) and James Clark (Kim); grandchildren, Cami, Hannah (Nick), Cole and Layne; great-grandaughter, Avery and a host of other family and friends.

    Funeral service will be conducted 12 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 South Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Hebron Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 2 pm until 8 pm on Wednesday, November 20, from 11 a.m.  until 8 p.m., on Thursday, November 21 and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Friday, November 22 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
