Ms. Vince leaves to cherish her memory her children, Michael Mattingly, Kathy Sadler(Dale Yeager), Marti L. Basham; grandchildren, Jason D. Hudson, Jr., Samantha N. Hudson, Marcus N. Mattingly, Beth A. Shelton, Shonda Villanova, Gabriel Hudson, Ethan A. Mattingly, Miranda S. Mattingly; great grandchildren, Heaven M. Basham, Gwendolyn A. Basham, Jordan F. Basham, Braelyn Ashmore; and a host of loving family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 12:00 pm in the chapel of Hardy- Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman Street, Shepherdsville) with burial at Highland Memory Garden. Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
