Matthew Austin Druin

   He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Hayes and grandmother, Nan Gail Anderson.

   Matt was full of life and energy, and always wanted to have a good time. He was a 2004 graduate of North Bullitt and was a Kentucky Wildcat fan. He loved his children and watching sports. 

   He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Michael, and Trixie Druin; his children, Matthew Druin and Dayton Druin; his siblings, Danielle Druin (Salvador), Michael Druin (Jessie), Jeffrey Hayes (Diana) and Vivian Galvan; his grandparents; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

  Funeral service will be at 6 pm Wednesday, September 20, 2023 in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitations will be Wednesday, from 2 pm until the time of service at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home, and will be given to his children, Matthew and Dayton Druin.
