Robert Dale “Robbie” Horton, age 44 of Horse Cave, Kentucky, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, August 26, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Virginia Horton; son, Justin Horton and best friend, Sam Gossett. Robbie loved to fish and enjoyed his days at Ridge Top Pay Lake in Cave City.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Chris Horton (Angel Smith); daughter, Kennedy Horton; grandchildren, Lilly, Kaylee, Hazel, Charlie, and Sebastian; sister, Rebecca Horton; brother, Billy Horton (Susan); childhood friends, Greg Higgs and Jeremy Bush; friend, Michael Harris and a host of other family and friends.
Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville in charge of arrangements where the family chose cremation.
