Mr. Howell leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Patricia Rider-Howell; son, Anthony Howell; parents, Harold Howell; and Patsy Baumgardner; sister, Lisa Sohm; brothers Mark and David Baumgardner. Cremation was chosen Hardy-Close Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
