Ballard, Virginia Carol Pratt 57 of Louisville entered eternal life November 23, 2014 at Norton Suburban Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Louise (Pete) Hatchel-Pratt. Mrs. Ballard leaves to cherish her memory husband; Joseph Ballard II, son; Joseph Ballard III, daughter; Krista Ballard, grandchildren; Kaela Ballard, and Damien Ashford, and several sisters. Funeral Service will be 11am Wednesday at Hardy-Close Funeral Home with burial in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 -8pm Tuesday and after 9am Wednesday until time of service.
