Waylon Pete Hensley
June 24, 2025 – August 10, 2025
Waylon Pete Hensley of Vine Grove, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 10, 2025. He was born on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky to Kenny Hensley and Stacy Middleton.
He was loved beyond measure and will be deeply missed by his parents, Kenny Hensley and Stacy Middleton; his siblings Carson, Colton, and Cora; Papaw Pete and Nana Mary Hensley, Nannie Sherry Huff; Uncle David and Aunt Diana Hensley; Aunts, Shyanne Huff Bakanowski, Amanda Huff, Uncle Jacob Huff; in addition to a host of other uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Funeral services will take place at 2 pm on Thursday, August 14, 2025 in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 South Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial to follow at Lebanon Junction Cemetery with Pastor EJ Lanham officiating. Friends and family may pay their respects on Thursday from 10:30 am till the time of service at 2 pm.
