Zelma O. Powell

Zelma O. Powell age 96 of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, January 28, 2019.She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Powell; father and mother, John and Odie Robinson; daughter, Margaret Vincent; and several brothers and sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory her granddaughters, Connie Wilkins (Frank) and Malinda Ball (John); 4 great grandchildren, Joshua Dickens, Ashley Dickens, Megan Applegate, and Katie Kendall; 3 great-great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. on Friday in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 South Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park.
