Andrew "Andy" Caleb Kennedy

Mr. Andrew “Andy” Caleb Kennedy, age 38, of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 12, 2020.  Mr. Kennedy was born on August 7, 1981 in Louisville to Randy and Denise (Gentry) Kennedy. He was a carpenter for Belfor Property Restoration. Andy was a member of Field of Grace Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, LeRoy Kennedy.

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Randy and Denise (Gentry) Kennedy; children, Elijah Blevins, Caleb and Tyler Kennedy, and one on the way, Colton Dale Kennedy; brother, Josh Kennedy (Bethany); niece and nephews, Luke, Lane, Levi and Lila;  fiance, Angela Prechtel, and her children, Hannah, Kyle and Tyler; grandparents, Barbara Kennedy, Gardiner and Alice Gentry; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home.
