I will always remember the sock fights, pumpkin seed fights and all the fun times we had especially how you used to get mad because you could never beat me and jac in Uno.and All the fun times we had. You will always be my dad you taught me how to ride a bike and a lot of other life lessons. I love you and I know you're having a ball in heaven. And every time it rains and we have an overcast day I know it will be your way of telling us that you're watching over us. I love you and miss.

There must be a good time going on in Heaven and Barry's in charge.  I'm sure he's got them all laughing.  Every time we went on an adventure, we laughed so hard, our faces and sides hurt.  God bless and keep each of you who Barry loved.  May He give you strength and peace in your hearts and in your minds.  I know all of you have wonderful memories and those memories will help you get through this time of sadness.  Barry was a good man and a good friend.  Our loss is Heaven's gain and we'll see him again.

For all the straw and sock fights.  For all the "Bouncing Beal" vs. "Spider Jacob" wrestling matches.  For all the late night gaming sessions and trips to the store for sour cream & onion chips and chocolate milk.  I love you dad and I will remember you always.

Barry was a good friend back in high school.  I loved going over to his and Sherri's house and their Mom.  Great memories, great laughs, I'll miss you bro.

Im gonna miss all the early morning and late night talks we would have. We would sit out on the deck to watch the stars at night, tell stories and laugh so much.  We also would have some serious talks so i know you were ready to go.  Love and miss you so very much!!!

Wow, there were so many great times with this guy.  Life just won't be the same without him.  He lived well, loved much and laughed often.  He was  more quick witted than most people, smart beyond his years and loved a good joke.  Although we will miss him here, he has so many on the other side that were waiting to see him and welcome him to his new home.  There is no struggle for him now.  Love you Bubba and we will miss you so very much!

I have not seen you in several years, but every so often the phone would ring and out of the blue it would be you.  Always glad to hear from you and you always made your Uncle Don laughed and he loved you.  Now you have joined him and so many family members.  You are now at peace.  Loved you Kid

I am so sad to hear of Barry's passing.I met him when he came to work at the VA Hospital in Louisville and we were buds from the first time we met. Everyone thought we were related so he called me sis and I called him bro. We had great times dancing and singing at  VA functions and at my house several times when there was a party....I loved to get him talking about UFO's,he was always good at telling stories.He really loved his family and friends.I'm sorry to say it has been quite some time since I last saw or talked to Barry,but he will always remain in my heart and will always be one of my best memories..Now you can rest Bro...I love ya man...

I had a senior moment and I must confess that I am his aunt by marriage, not his cousin

I first met Barry right before I married his young cousin Terry Preas in 1971. He kept us laughing , as he always did. I didn't see him again for 28 years but he had not changed. I never forgot him all those years. So very many of our family members went before him, including my Terry. I know Heaven is rocking!!! Love to Sherri and all the family.

I have many good memories of Barry. He was my first boyfriend, he was always full of life, and kept me laughing. I lived down the road from his Grandmother in Silver Valley. Barry and his family use to come visit his grandmother every summer, but Barry and I use to write letters to each other. I am sorry for your loss and I am praying for his family. He is now in Heaven with Our Lord, and many family members.

peggy and family  sherry called me this morning and told me about barry  we are so sorry for yours and our loss.  he was a great cousin.  my brother gary cox was same age as barry.  we all grew up together and we had some great fun together when we would go for visits are when they came for visits.  barry could make us laugh even as little kids.  never a dull minute with him around.  in our family there were so many cousins that all are now 57 yrs old.  so we all grew up like brothers and sisters. we had an extrodinary family.  he will be greatly missed by all of us.  if you all ever come to houston please call and come see us.  we are praying for all of you. may God bless and keep you. joann and jerry holloway
