Betty Joyce Romine

Betty Joyce Romine, age 90, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 2, 2025. She was born on June 7, 1935, in Millerstown, Kentucky to the late Ed and Celia (Logsdon) Reeves. Betty retired from Enro Shirt Company after over 38 years of faithful service. She loved flowers and took pride in her yard which looked like a park. She also loved flea markets and was a vendor at various flea markets throughout the area. 

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons; Richard “R.D.”  Lawson (Tiffany Lands), Jeff Romine, Johnny Meredith (Cathy); daughter, Denise Meredith; 4 grand children and a host of other family and friends.

Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) in charge of arrangements where the family will honor Betty’s wishes of cremation. Inurnment will be held at Upton Cemetery in Upton, Kentucky at a later date.
