Mr. Billy Gene Vanover, age 74, of Louisville returned to his Heavenly Father on February 28, 2018. Mr. Vanover worked maintenance at Louisville Downs. Among those that preceded him include his parents, Carl and Virginia (Campbell) Vanover; and brothers, Ted and Ray Lynn Vanover. He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Darrell and Dale Vanover; and sisters, Lillian McFarin, Lurla Reynolds and Gail Limeburger.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Monday, March 5, 2018 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
