Among those who preceded her in death include, three sons, Thomas Bradley Curtis, Steven Lynn Foster and Randy Allen Warner; siblings, Barney Warner, Norma Coslow and Carolyn Mattingly; parents, Joseph Hardin and Julie Warner and stepfather, Granville Warner.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Phillip Curtis; sons, Marty, Scott and Rob Warner; 10 grandchildren; 5 great- grandchildren; brothers, William, Terry and Pete Warner and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at Noon on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with internment in Willisburg Cemetery (2680 Lawrenceburg Rd, Willisburg). Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
