Bruce E. Sturgill, age 58, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 5, 2023. He was a Boilermaker by trade for Central State. Bruce was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 10, 1964, to the late Ray and Glenna Sturgill. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Sturgill. Bruce leaves to cherish his memory his son, Jeremy Sturgill; sisters, Sandra Allen and Pamela Ledrick; life partner, Julie Hack; and a host of other family and friends. Celebration of Life will be held from 4pm until 8 pm on Friday February 10, 2023, at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Cremation was chosen.
