Carolyn Boerste

Carolyn Boerste, age 64, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, November 5, 2021. Carolyn was born in Louisville, Kentucky on June 2, 1957 to Bill and Sylvia Slayton Emberton. Carolyn is preceded in death by her father. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, David Boerste II (Courtney); mother, Sylvia Emberton; sister, Jeanne Emberton; brothers, Jeff Emberton (Betty) and Calvin Emberton Sr.; two grandchildren, Lilly Felker and Tristan Boerste; and niece Zoe Emberton and a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 2 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd). Friends and Family may pay their respects on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 2 pm till 8 pm and Wednesday from 10am until the time of service. Cremation will follow.
