Catherine Louise "Lou" Leak

Ms. Catherine Louise (Hagan) Leak, age 95, of Okolona, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 4, 2021. She was born to the late Joseph Oscar Hagan and Mary Florence (Peake) Hagan in Loretto, Kentucky (Marion County) on September 4, 1926. She was a Catholic by faith. Ms. Leak is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alvin Jerome Leak; brothers, Joe Carl Hagan, Joseph Bernard Hagan, Thomas Wesley Hagan, Joseph William Hagan, Leslie Hagan; sisters, Anna Mae Hagan, Mary Mildred Riggs and Mary Nancy Reed. The Leak family would like to give their gratitude to Genesis Healthcare, Regency Center Nursing Staff for the care they gave to Ms. Leak.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Ken Leak (Candy); daughters, Sandy Clark, Cathy Gardner (Brian); 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10:00am in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm and again on Saturday from 9:00am until the time of service.
