Charles "Chase" Edward Maggard II

Mr. Charles Edward Maggard II, “Chase”, age 42, of Mt. Washington, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Mr. Maggard was born in Hazard Kentucky on May 15, 1978 to Patsy L. Maggard and the late Charles Edward Maggard. He was employed at Spectrum where he started working over 23 years ago. He loved his job and at the time of his passing he had worked his way through the ranks and was currently a field operations maintenance manager. He was an avid Bronco’s fan and a proud Kentucky Colonel.  Mr. Maggard loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Maggard.  He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of over 23 years, Beth Ann Maggard; children, Brittany Maggard and Jacob Maggard; mother, Patsy L. Maggard; father and mother-in-law, Mike and Cathy Humphrey; sister, Tabitha M. Hochscheid (Craig); brother, Anthony Todd Maggard (Phyllis); brother-in-law, Chris Humphrey (Marlana);  nieces, Ashley and Lillian; nephews, Josh and Zachary; several aunts, uncles, and cousins’ and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm at Little Flock Baptist Church (5500 N. Preston Hwy) with cremation to follow.  Friends may pay their respects on Sunday, June 21, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home and on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at Little Flock Baptist Church.
