Clarence Wayne Delk

Mr. Clarence Wayne Delk, age 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, January 1, 2022. He was born in Russellville, Kentucky to the late Clarence Delk and Mary Ann (Williams) Delk on April 2, 1948. Mr. Delk was a retired Army Specialist 4 veteran and a retired Air Force reserves Staff Sergeant. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Angela Elizabeth (Nash) Delk; and sister, Linda Delk.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Melinda Delk; sisters, Clara Ann Hines (Fred), Sandy Delk; nephews, Eric Hines, Tony Hines; great nephew, Austin Hines; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, January 7, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm and again on Friday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00.
