Deborah Joan Lawrence

Mrs. Deborah Joan Lawrence, age 71, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Mrs. Lawrence was born in Indiana on February 25, 1951 to the late Marvin and Beulah Caldwell. She attended Maryville Baptist Church and was currently the billing manager with Anthem Blue Cross/ Blue Shield.

In addition to her parents, her sisters, Jeanie Caldwell and Brenda Dickens preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 55 years, George Lawrence, Jr.; children, George Lawrence, III (Billie) and Karen Lawrence; sister, Shirley Neal; grandchildren, Nick, Amber (Josh) , Billy, Kelsey, Brianna, Sabastian and Jasmine; great- grandchildren, Collin, Phoenix, Arizona and Carter and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, May 2, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Sunday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service at noon at the funeral home.
