Donald Lee Lloyd

Donald Lee Lloyd age 67 of Hillview was born January 4, 1945 to the late Leonard and Vera Hall Lloyd in Cumberland, Kentucky and returned to his Heavenly Father September 26, 2012. Mr. Lloyd was the manager for Preston Village Mobile Home Park, a member of Dixie Valley Church of God where his membership started in 1988 serving as an usher and pastors armor bearer. Since 1994 he was the Sunday school superintendent. In 1963 through 1988 Mr. Lloyd was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle where he started the bus ministry and was the youth leader, choir director and with the Radio broadcast.

Among those who preceded him in death include his parents and his brothers, Herbert and Edward Lloyd.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Marie Wheeler Lloyd; daughters, Marshia Woosley (Richard) and Shirleen Colyer; step sons, Pat Kastelhun and John Newman (Amanda); siblings, Juanita Kidd, Onibe Wells (Arthur), William Lloyd, Zetta Glover, Thurman Lloyd (Loretta), Riley Loyd, James Lloyd (Diane) and Darwin Lloyd (Reggie); grandchildren, BranDon Woosley (Ashley) and Emily Hensley (Evan); step grandchildren, Cody Sutherland, Drew Kastelhun, Jackson and Mason Newman ; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 12 P.M. Monday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 12 P.M. until 8 P.M. Sunday at Schoppenhorst. www.subfuneralhome.com
