Ms. Donna L. Hanson, age 46 of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on October 4, 2012. Ms. Hanson was a student at Sullivan University. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, Donald and Marion Hanson. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Krista Hanson (Barry Disney); brothers, Paul Hanson (Paula), Jim Hanson (Jackie) and Tom Hanson; nieces, Natalie, Abby, Carly and Samantha; and her loving canine companion, Emma Louise.
Funeral service will be conducted at 7 pm on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 1 pm until time of service at Schoppenhorst. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society. www.subfuneralhome.com
