Doris J. Bryant

Bryant, Doris J. age 59, of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father November 11, 2016 at St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. She worked in accounts payable for Jones Plastics & Engineering and was an Army Veteran of the National Guard. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Clara Abell-Landers; brother, George Landers Sr.; Mrs. Bryant leaves to cherish her memory, husband of 40 years, James Bryant Sr.; children, James Jr. (Tammy), Jaime Bryant; sisters, Brenda Kemp (David), Millie Heiter; brother, Lenville Landers; five grandchildren, Lexius, Natalie, Mackayla, Audrey, Ka'Dynn; best friends, Matt and Suzy Whatley; her pet Caesar; Along with a host of other friends and family. Funeral Service will be conducted in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy and Brooks Rd) at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2016 with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
