Mr. Douglas James Nunn, age 49, of Brooks returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, March 25, 2019. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 14, 1969 to Margaret (Mason) Nunn and the late James Henry Nunn. Mr. Nunn was a carpenter. He was a co-owner of Nunn’s Construction Company with his brother. Mr. Nunn was an avid hunter. He loved his family dearly and he will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his father; and grandparents, William and Elizabeth Nunn.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Margaret (Mason) Nunn; his brother, Richard “Rick” Nunn; and a host of other family and friends.
The family has chosen cremation. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) are handling the arrangements.
