Edward Leo Dillman

Mr. Edward Leo Dillman, age 69, of Shepherdsville, KY returned to his heavenly father on Sunday, May 7, 2023.  He was born in Jefferson County, KY September 17, 1953, to the late Jacob George Dillman and Doris Julia Link Dillman.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Shepherdsville.

Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by two sister-in-laws, Judy Reeder and Wanda Sue Dillman.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of over 40 years, Susan Marie Moorman Dillman, having united in marriage on September 25, 1982; two sons, Travis James Dillman and Chad Allen Dillman; daughter, Julia Ann Dillman Exton (William A.); brothers, David Reeder, Jacob Donald Dillman (Donna), Robert Joseph Dillman and Bruce Dillman (Linda) along with a host of other family and friends.

Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 11 am on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Shepherdsville with entombment to follow in the Resthaven Memorial Park.  Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville).
